All arrangements were 1st class, and your staff at the car park were very, very courteous and helpful. Your booking agent who tried to help me to find the car park went out of her way to be helpful. Her service was again 1st class.
I still wish you would put a SIMPLE map of exactly where you are. Why not show that you are actually IN the hospital complex. This NEARLY stopped us booking with you.
